In the wild-west world of cannabis legalization, the mad rush to introduce new brands has generated a flood of indistinguishable, me-too players without fully-developed, provocative or unique brand identities. That’s why KarowHanrahan was brought in by David Nakamoto of Wilderness to help conceive and articulate a fully-realized brand identity and architecture for EVOLVD.

EVOLVD’s reason for being is inspired by its founder’s dedication to a deeply-held principle: TRUE TO THE PLANT. The branding was developed and refined so that this philosophy will inform every aspect of the business – culture, agricultural practice, community, product design, advocacy – moving forward as the brand grows and flourishes.
