Hello. We’re Tim Hanrahan and Bill Karow.

We’ve helped create and maintain some of the world’s greatest brands. We’ve also helped a lot of world’s greatest ad agencies win a lot of big accounts with our ideas. This is why they hire us when they go out to win new business.

Now we are applying our experience, skill and talent to also help businesses and investors launch new brands. We know how to create original DNA for a brand. How to give it heart and soul. How to create an authentic voice and personality. How to equip it to stay true to its core values as the business evolves and grows. So that new brand can make its first impression powerful and meaningful right from its inception. These are the critical first steps a brand must take to assure its personality, behavior and voice align consistently across all platforms once launched.

And we’re good at this. We proved our chops at one of the best branding agencies of all time, Wieden+Kennedy. There, for a decade each, we honed our skills in the art and science of branding, creating and producing big ideas for brands like Nike, Coke, ESPN, Miller, Amazon and MicroSoft. Our ideas have become global campaigns, Super Bowl ads and Gold Lion winners at Cannes. But more importantly, our ideas have helped create the heart and soul of brands.
